About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Associate with 3-5 years of experience to support the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, performance management, HR operations and data analytics. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of HR best practices, and a passion for creating a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding).
Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS systems are up-to-date.
Support the performance management process, including appraisals and feedback systems.
Handle employee queries related to policies, benefits, and day-to-day HR operations.
Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Assist in employee engagement activities and help maintain a positive organizational culture.
Track key HR metrics and keep the HR data dashboard up-to-date.
Support the HR Manager in implementing HR policies and strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
Knowledge of HR software (HRIS, payroll systems, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
