– Review and approve technical designs, code, and documentation.

– Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the project team.

– Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction.
– Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
– Resolve project issues and escalate as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
– Coordinate with resource managers to allocate and manage project resources.
– Ensure the project team has the necessary tools, training, and support.
– Oversee the implementation of testing strategies and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards.
– Conduct project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to capture lessons learned.
