Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
As our Project Manager, you’ll be the linchpin that keeps our creative gears turning smoothly. Your main quests will include:

Proposal Crafting
Transform creative concepts into compelling project proposals
Collaborate with our artistic team to ensure proposals capture the essence of our vision
Tailor proposals to client needs and industry trends

Client Servicing
Be the friendly face and voice of our studio to clients
Understand client needs and translate them into actionable project plans
Manage client expectations and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Project Coordination
Orchestrate the smooth flow of projects from concept to completion
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery
Identify potential roadblocks and implement solutions to keep projects on track

Team Coordination
Foster a collaborative environment among our diverse team of artists and technicians
Facilitate communication between different departments
Ensure resources are allocated efficiently across various projects

What We’re Looking For?
Experience: 1-2 years in project management, preferably in a creative industry
Education: Degree in Project Management, Animation, or a related field

Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Basic understanding of animation processes and technologies
Proficiency in project management tools and software
