Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&Ls, cash flows, and a solid grasp of finance and numbers. Analytical Skills: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong number-crunching and analytical skills. Multi-tasking: Ability to work on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and perform under high pressure and stringent deadlines. Quick Learner: Must be a quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders. Proposal Management: Experience in leading and managing bids, along with authoring proposals. Innovation: Carry a good sense of innovation, thoughtful thinking, and a passion to transform.
