Job Description
Job Purpose:
Add Channel partners to buy and sell Solar roof top PV systems.
Support Channel partner & their team to close initial orders.
Train the Channel partner and his team on Sales closure.
Ensure the Channel partner has trained technicians for installation and after sales service.
Ensure Customer details are provided by Channel Partner to Operations team to provide after sales support.
Principal Accountabilities:
Identify CP prospects in the potential markets.
Briefing the prospects about company, product ranges and understand the interest.
Bring the prospects to HO to show manufacturing facility and Product training.
Get the CP agreement signed.
Sales support for initial orders.
Co-ordinate with HO operation for order Execution and supply.
Ensure customer details are provided by CP on completion of installation.
Experience / Qualifications:
6-8 years of Channel Sales; Diploma in Electrical Engineering is a plus.
Prior experience on Solar Sales through dealer channel.
Demonstrated ability to meet monthly and annual targets.
Experience in managing company standard operating procedures (SOP) with Channel partners.
Willing to travel 15 days per month.
Strong team player, able to build and motivate Channel Partner.
Go-getter, who can take initiative and work independently.
Energetic, enthusiastic.
