Role Overview: We are seeking passionate Outbound Sales Associates to join our clients retail FX & CFDs company. This role focuses on the Indian market, where you will engage potential clients via phone and social media to introduce our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Actively engage potential clients through outbound calls and cold calling.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and address concerns to ensure sales closures.
• Assist clients with the account opening process and guide them through the full sales cycle.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement strategies for client conversion and retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and product offerings to effectively assist clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a related field.
• Fluent in both English and Hindi (mandatory).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or customer handling, preferably in financial services.
• Knowledge or experience in the FX & CFDs industry is a significant advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding conversion targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• This role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Candidates must be willing to relocate.
