We are looking for an experienced Head of CDMO Business to lead our operations and build local partnerships in India that position our Pharma, Dietary Nutrition and Formulation facility as a top choice.
Your Mission
Strategic Growth: Spearhead India CDMO sales, securing partnerships with leading Indian companies.
Client Management: Serve as the key liaison, aligning client expectations with our operational expertise for seamless, high-quality outputs.
Contract Leadership: Drive profitable, compliant business contracts through expert negotiation.
Team Empowerment: Build and mentor a business development team focused on market expansion.

Who You Are
Experience: 15+ years in CDMO, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Skillset: Strong in leadership, negotiation, strategic growth, and compliance.
