1 Job Role (Brief description of the overall purpose of this role):
Responsible for payroll processing, including monitoring the company’s attendance and leave data. Additionally coordinating with legal vendors to ensure that legal compliances are completed on schedule.

2 Responsibilities / KRAs (list down primary responsibilities for this role)
To take care of attendance and leave data using COSEC Software
To brief new joiners regarding COSEC /Attendance software
To take care of system configuration and solve problem regarding COSEC
To resolve day-to-day challenges with attendance and shift-related concerns
To manage leave data of employees
To prepare salary input file
To coordinate with payroll vendor regarding payroll process
To coordinate with payroll vendor regarding payroll process
To coordinate with legal service for various compliances
To complete monthly legal compliances
To solve employees’ queries related to PF ESIC
To take care of invoices of vendors
To coordinate with insurance agency regarding Mediclaim process

3 Role Holder – Skills Criteria
3.1 Technical skills required:
Experience in payroll and compliances
Knowledge of attendance software
Proficient in MS Office/Excel and good knowledge of relevant software’s
Basic knowledge of various legal compliance

Problem Solving

4 Years and more.
