Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic and client-focused AVP/VP of Talent Acquisition to lead the talent acquisition function and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions for our clients. This senior role will work closely with executive leadership to create, implement, and manage strategies that not only attract top talent but also exceed client expectations, building our reputation as a trusted recruitment partner. As AVP/VP of Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in transforming talent strategies into measurable outcomes, fostering a high-performance recruitment culture, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
Define and drive the overall talent acquisition strategy to align with client needs and organizational growth goals.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition professionals to provide tailored recruitment solutions for clients, ensuring quality and consistency in delivery.
Develop long-term talent pipelines for key roles across client industries, addressing both immediate and future needs.
Client Relationship Management
Act as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored recruitment strategies that support their talent goals.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to deliver insights on talent market trends, develop recruitment solutions, and strengthen partnerships.
Regularly communicate hiring updates, trends, and forecasts to clients, ensuring alignment on recruitment priorities and challenges.
Talent Acquisition Operations
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a streamlined and consistent approach that enhances both candidate and client experiences.
Leverage data and analytics to measure recruitment performance for clients, delivering actionable insights to optimize hiring outcomes.
Implement best practices and improve operational efficiencies to meet client expectations while reducing time-to-hire and maintaining selection quality.
Financial Management
Oversee the TA budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for client engagements and internal recruitment tools, platforms, and partnerships.
Evaluate and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and technology providers to maximize ROI and client value.
Qualifications
Experience : 12+ years in Talent Acquisition, with a preference for candidates with consulting experience and a proven track record in client-focused recruitment solutions.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.
Expertise :
Demonstrated success in developing and executing client-centric TA strategies.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment technologies, sourcing methods, and industry trends.
Strong analytical skills to provide insights and enhance client recruitment outcomes.
