Role Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Associate at Pepper Content, you will play a role in scaling our content operations by handling the recruitment efforts for our creator acquisition team. You will be responsible for attracting, assessing, and retaining high-caliber creators to join our curated network. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for building diverse and talented teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Efforts: Take charge of the end-to-end recruitment process for contractual creators, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders.
  • Develop Sourcing Strategies: Devise and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of creators, leveraging various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships.
  • Selection Process Oversight: Manage the selection process, including conducting interviews, assessing candidates’ skills and qualifications, and making data-driven hiring decisions aligned with Pepper Content’s values and goals.
  • Retention Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement retention strategies aimed at reducing turnover and enhancing creator engagement and satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including content managers, operations teams, and senior leadership, to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment or the content industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting and retaining top talent, with a focus on creators or freelancers.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methodologies, and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive informed decision-making.
  • Passion for content creation, digital media, and emerging trends in the creator economy.
