The candidate should have minimum 10 years experience as a Plant HR Manager
He should have experience in Industrial Relations.
He should have experience in Statutory compliance
He should have experience in conducting enquiries for employees
He should have experience in Drafting.
He should have Good communication skills.
He should have experience in handling labour problems.
Qualification: MBA HR or MSW
Salary: Maximum gross up to 9 LPA
