Job Description:

• The candidate should have minimum 10 years experience as a Plant HR Manager
• He should have experience in Industrial Relations.
• He should have experience in Statutory compliance
• He should have experience in conducting enquiries for employees
• He should have experience in Drafting.
• He should have Good communication skills.
• He should have experience in handling labour problems.

Qualification: MBA HR or MSW

Salary: Maximum gross up to 9 LPA
