Qualification: MBA/PGDM/PGPM/PGPA/Masters in Marketing

Experience: 0-1 years

Roles:

·      Execute online and offline market research about real estate projects – Plotted

Conduct field marketing on a regular basis

·      Maintain database of relevant Real Estate Projects – Plotted around Bangalore

·      Building connects with key members of the project team for lead generation

·      Signing up key members as channel partners

·      Following-up regularly to generate new leads

·      Making sure leads convert into sign-ups

·      Periodic follows with channel partners and leads

·      Maintaining proper records on channel partners and their leads

·      Expertise in making reports and presentations

Responsibilities:

1.      Achieving set targets in terms of channel partner sign-ups

2.      Responsible for the performance of channel partners

3.      Responsible for conversion of leads into sign ups

4.      Ensuring data is maintained and periodic sales reports presented to the management as and when needed.

5.      Engaged in continuous collection of business intelligence, reporting and analysis. Findings to be shared with the management regularly.

6.      Responsible for research online as well as off line.

7.      Building channel partner relations on a continuous basis.

8.      Develop excellent written and spoken communications skills
