Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, you will be expected to take on the following responsabilities as a Inside Sales Specialist:

Responsibilities
Support the Sales team with internal tasks, such as generating quotes and getting special offer approvals from the Vice President of Sales
Participate in presale activities by managing inquiries and leads for support renewals as well as generating quotes
Assist the Inside Sales Manager in mapping key accounts across India
Qualify leads from tradeshows, seminars, and conferences

Qualifications

Have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Possess at least two years of experience in presales
Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft O365
Have experience with Salesforce CRM (an asset)
Show exceptional attention to detail in all tasks
Be fluent in written and spoken Tamil, Hindi, and English
Perform tasks in a structured and organized manner while effectively managing priorities and adhering to procedures
Exhibit sound judgment and strong sales acumen
