Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for spot distribution.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the media and entertainment industry.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their spot distribution requirements.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to showcase PFT’s offerings and capabilities.

Account Management:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for PFT.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide feedback and insights to help improve product offerings and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and payment collection.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in media sales, preferably within the spot distribution domain.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the media and entertainment industry, including trends and key players.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
