Primebook is a cost-effective Android-based laptop designed to meet the needs of young learners in India. It is a product by Floydwiz Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a tech manufacturing company based in Delhi. Founded in 2018 by IIT Delhi alumni Aman Verma and Chitranshu Mahant, the company aims to bridge the digital education gap in India.

Role Description
This is a full-time Talent Acquisition Executive role based in South Delhi. The Executive will be responsible for daily tasks related to hiring, communication with candidates, recruiting, employer branding, and IT recruitment.

Responsibilities
● Keeping track of online mentions and discussions related to the entity.
● Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards,
social media, and referrals.
● Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate
suitability.
● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
● Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking
system (ATS).
● Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
● Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer letter.
● Promote the company’s culture and values to attract top talent.
● Participate in salary negotiation and offer letter generation.
● Handle post-offer negotiations and address candidate concerns.
● Coordinate with candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding process for them.
● Conduct orientation sessions and introduce new hires to the team and company
culture.
