Job Title: Principal Engineer QA/QC Civil/Structural Engineering Location: Gurugram/Noida Job Type: Full-time Regular Qualification: Minimum: B. Tech. ( Civil Engineering ) (2009 or before) from NIT or equivalent institute of repute. or M. Tech. ( Sturctural Engineering ) (2011 or before) from NIT or equivalent institute of repute. Desired Experience: Good knowledge of Civil engineering Construction of high-rise buildings Understanding of national and international codes and bylaws Should be more of an engineer than a manager Skills/Personal Qualities Decent verbal & written communication abilities Good collaborative/coordonation abilities Good technical issue articulation and report writing skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Willing to relocate and work in Gurugram/Noida Job Description: We are looking for highly skilled and motivated Civil/Structural Engineers to join our dynamic team. As a Principal Consultant QA/QC, you will be responsible for Third Party Quality Inspection of construction work of high-rise building complexes for reputed companies development companies. You will check the quality of construction of civil works, raw material quality, witness testing at site as well as lab, review test certificates, prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reports; coordinate with client quality team and contractor, review scheduling, witness casting and other construction work including civil finishing work; rating of the project on various defined parameters, suggest scope of improvement and value addition in the overall construction activity. Responsibilities: Review planning and scheduling of construction activity Visit the site and conduct third party inspection Quality Assurance and Quality Control Review test certificates Check quality of Raw Materials at site / source, inspect RMC plant. Witness on Site and Lab testing Identify and report the discrepancies/ Non Conformities Publish Daily Progress Report Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly reports. Monthly review / governance Contractors / Vendors performance analysis; defect analysis Suggest rectification Suggest scope of improvement and value addition Ensure personal safety and safe working environment, report unsafe condition.
