Job Description

– Process Trainer**

**- **On boarding and training the resource for telesales process.
**- **Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc
**- **Support and mentor new employees
**- **Keep attendance and other records of the batch
**- **Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
**- **Monitor employee performance and response to training
**- **Experienced in conducting TNI / TNA, BQM and PKT(Product knowledge Test) sessions
**- **Expert in preparing training materials as per the process requirement.
**- **Taking care of OJT batch coordinating with Operations.
**Competencies Required:
– **
**- Excellent process knowledge & lead generation skills**
**- Should be experienced as sales process trainer with any product, expert in b2c is added advantage**
**- Excellent Communication Skill
– Written & Spoken**
**- Strong Analytical skills**
**- Alignment with team and supervisor with respect to changes to checklist, poli, procedure**
**- Ability to identify and highlight opportunity of key risk areas to supervisor**
**- Ability to work well under pressure and work to tight deadlines**
