To work out the requirement of raw and packing material as per production plan .Coordinate with purchase to make the material available for manufacturing on time.
Ensure to maintain inventory data along with their expiry dates to avoid any material shortages .
Coordinate with R and D and validation team to complete the studies as per the schedule timeline without any deviation/incident.
Communicate with vendors with respect to material quality.
To suggest and implement new ideas/ process for continuous improvements of process which will increase the overall quality of product/decrease product cycle time/ improve compliance at shop floor.
To implement and maintain GMP at shop floor.
To drive compliance culture at work place and ensure all time readiness for any audits with zero observations.
Ensure to have zero line clearance failure /line stoppages due to non compliance.
To ensure Good Documentation Practice is followed and activities are performed as per the written down procedures.
Perform the gap analysis w.r.t process and documentation. simplify and implement documentation/SOP practices which will help to drive compliance at shop floor.
Daily Minitoring of OEE/Line efficiency data. Identify the factors contributing for low efficiency and work on same to reduce it. which will contribute to overall increase in OEE/Line efficiency.
Operate the manufacturing area/machines with minimum manpower without affecting the delivery schedule.
To ensure that equipment operation and processes are carried out with high efficiency rate.
To monitor and review daily production activities/report and take appropriate corrective measures in case if any gap identified.
To monitor and review production down time and take immediate corrective measures to eliminate the down time in coordination with CFT.
To ensure that product is consistently produced as per defined quality specification throughout the manufacturing process .
To closely monitor performance of each and every batch manufactured,Investigate and take appropriate corrective measure if any batch to batch variation /OOS/Incident is observed.
To monitor /perform rejection trend analysis of raw/packing/SFG material.
To monitor performance of all the machines installed at site.
To ensure that cleaning/sensitization of machines/areas are done effectively as per the written down procedures.
To check and ensure that shop floor facility is well maintained.
To ensure that installed equipment /instruments are well maintained with minimum breakdown.
Troubleshooting with regards to all products, equipment’s and respective manufacturing processes.
To prepare all product related formats, standard operating procedure, validation Protocols and reports as well as inter-department documents.
To review, and approve all product related formats, standard operating procedure, validation Protocols and reports prepared by subordinates as well as inter-department documents.
Prepare Risk analysis files (estimation by quantification) for manufacturing process with appropriate validation data.
To perform investigation in case of any incident/OOS during the manufacturing process.
Ensure risk based approach is implemented in all processes of Manufacturing flow to ensure quality product is provided to the end-user.
Ensuring best safety practices are followed throughout the Manufacturing process.
Communicate any problem or obstacle to Department heads and Top Management.
Monitor and review performance of Truenat and Trueprep staff.
Organizing meetings and presentations.
To share production reports/MIS to production head and Top Management
To train, develop and motivate down the line officers and workers.
Maintaining a good working relationship with other Departments personnel.
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment and directing workers on the use of control points and equipment’s whenever required.
Ensuring transfer of completed documents between sub-sections, on time to avoid delay in batch document compilation and batch release
