Purpose of the role:
Our client is a leading provider of Business Process Management (BPM) services who is seeking a Sr Manager – Talent Acquisition for volume hiring for their Healthcare vertical.
Job Brief:
We are looking for an seasoned Team Leader for Talent Acquisition to design and apply strategies that will help us attract and hire qualified employees. Role responsibilities include managing a team of recruiters and crafting sourcing strategies for various roles, from entry-level to executive-level positions, should be able to ensure we provide an excellent candidate experience while meeting our business goals and filling our vacancies. Ultimately, the candidate will build a strong employer brand so that we can develop strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition professional in a high volume environment in Healthcare BPM
• Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation
• Familiarity with Candidate Management Systems and Human Resources software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team-management abilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategic:
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that enhance the visibility, reputation and brand in key recruiting markets
• Help position client as an employer of choice among target candidates
• Lead and manage the workforce planning process and talent acquisition activities
• Formulate and implement an employment branding strategy that effectively articulates organisation’s employee value proposition in order to attract top talent
• Leverage social networking and other cutting edge recruiting technologies and tools to
connect with a broad and diverse talent network
• Partner with leaders and executive team to provide strategy and support for talent
acquisition solutions including Employment Branding, Candidate Experience, Employee
Referral Program, Intern Programs, College/University Relations, and onboarding
strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates
• Proactively identify and address hiring needs
• Evaluate and refine sourcing and selection procedures
• Manage a team of recruiters and provide assistance as needed
• Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse
candidates
• Oversee and improve overall candidate experience
• Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing
needs
• Organize recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand
