Role : Project Manager

Experience : 5-7 Years

Location : Gurugram/WFO

Notice Period : Immediate to Max 15 days

Package : 9 LPA to 11 LPA

Project Manager – eLearning 5 to 7 years experience (Mandatory)

Responsibilities

        Managing and maintaining Project schedules, budgets, deadlines, project team, and schedules

        Ensure to meet deadlines, profitability, and metric targets

        Communicating project status on a regular basis to Project stakeholders

        Contributing project processes

        Motivating team members to attain required results while building and maintaining a dynamic learning and development culture

        Identifying and resolving issues and make success of the project

        Ability to work overtime and motivate your team to work overtime to ensure project success, as required

        Ability to train the team for their success and upskilling

        Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

        Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

        Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and client satisfaction

Qualification

        Bachelors or Masters degree with relevant experience

        PMP or PMI certification preferred

        eLearning Project management experience is must with instructional design and Graphic Design for customized digital content development

        5 7 years of relevant work experience in Project Management in eLearning domain

        Strong understanding of eLearning development processes and technologies

        Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

        Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project
