Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a project manager at DataSkate in Hyderabad. The project manager will oversee expediting, project management, inspection, and logistics management tasks on a day-to-day basis, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver critical projects in collaboration with our CEO and various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will excel in planning, executing, tracking, and ensuring the success of projects within agreed timelines and budgets. This role requires a proactive approach to risk management and an ability to influence and drive outcomes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering:

– Collaborate with the CEO and key stakeholders to gather detailed project requirements.
– Define clear project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.

Project Planning:

– Develop comprehensive project plans using the latest project management tools.
– Break down tasks, assign responsibilities, and define timelines and milestones.

Execution and Collaboration:

– Drive the execution of the project with a methodical and systematic approach.
– Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.

Tracking and reporting:

– Monitor project progress and performance against milestones.
– Provide frequent and transparent updates to stakeholders on progress and potential risks.

Risk Management:

– Identify potential challenges proactively and develop mitigation plans.
– Ensure risks are addressed promptly to avoid project delays.

Leadership and influence:

– Act as an influencer and taskmaster to ensure accountability and commitment.
– Motivate team members to achieve project goals with excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

– Proven experience in project management with a track record of successfully delivering projects.
– Proficiency in using modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
– Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively mitigate risks.
– Leadership qualities with the ability to influence and drive team performance.
– PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
– Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project methodologies.
– Background in (industry/domain-specific expertise, if required).
