Job Overview

Senior Project Manager (MEPF-HVAC Projects) role with 7 to 10 years of experience. The job location is Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Senior level experience (7 to 10 years) in managing MEPF-HVAC projects
  • Proficiency in MEPF-HVAC systems and controls
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to develop and execute project plans
  • Knowledge of equipment installation, testing, and commissioning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee MEPF-HVAC projects from inception to completion
  • Coordinate with design and engineering teams to develop project plans and specifications
  • Ensure project is delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
  • Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEPF-HVAC equipment
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Identify and resolve issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and regulations
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
