Project Manager Scrum Master

Job Description

A minimum of 10 years of proven professional experience is required.
Must have 3+ years of experience as a scrum master/Project Manager
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in an Agile environment.
Strong familiarity with Jira dashboards
Experience in task prioritization and backlog management.
Excellent data analysis skills, particularly in productivity and quality measurement.
Ability to work with distributed teams and navigate across departments to unblock teams.
Strong conflict resolution, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to provide time overlap with U.S. CST (morning hours).
Experience managing teams from multiple vendors.
