Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Project Manager to drive new initiatives and process improvements within our recruitment function. As a Project Manager – Recruitment (Process Improvement), you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance our recruitment processes, implementing strategic initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize our talent acquisition function. This role will primarily focus on developing and executing projects related to recruitment process improvements, technology enhancements, and overall efficiency, while not being directly involved in day-to-day hiring activities.

Your Role:

• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of our current recruitment processes, systems, and technologies to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including HR teams, hiring managers, and recruiters, to understand pain points, gather requirements, and define project objectives
• Develop and execute project plans to implement process improvements and drive recruitment-related initiatives
• Identify and evaluate new technologies, tools, and systems that can enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience
• Collaborate with the IT department or external vendors to implement technology solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing systems
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Conduct data analysis and utilize metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment processes and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment to identify innovative ideas and opportunities
• Collaborate with other project managers and stakeholders on larger organizational initiatives and ensure alignment with recruitment objectives.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with a focus on process improvement or recruitment-related projects
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and practices, along with familiarity with talent acquisition technologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address inefficiencies
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in data analysis and utilizing metrics to drive insights and decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail
• Proactive mindset and a passion for driving change and continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
