Job Description

ONLY Candidates who have completed International Exports Specialization Courses in Ayurvedic/Supplements/Multivitamins/FMCG-Foods industry shall be preferred.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our business in international markets for our Exports. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing plan for international markets.
Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry associations.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the international markets in which we operate, including regulatory requirements, market trends, and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies.
Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and revenue targets for international markets.
Travel to international markets as needed to develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or International Exports Specialization.
Some experience in business development, sales, or marketing in international markets
Strong understanding of global markets and cultural differences
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies in international markets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

ONLY Candidates from Ayurvedic/Supplements/Multivitamins/FMCG-Foods specialization shall be preferred.
