Job Title: Technical Recruiter
Location: Noida, India

Onsite – 5 days from office
Work Timings – As per Mexico Time Zone – Night Shift

Required Skills:
1 to 3 of experience in Mexico/Brazil/LATAM Hiring.
Strong expertise in Recruiting Life Cycle – Understanding requirements, qualifying requirements, sourcing, recruiting, coordinating interviews, offer closing and resource onboarding.
Good understanding and experience of IT Staffing recruiting (both Contract and Perm).
Well versed with job boards, ATS and LinkedIn sourcing.
Bachelor’s degree is a must (ideally in IT or CS).
Excellent communication skills.
Attention to details.
Self-Motivated.

Highly Preferred Skills:
Spanish language
Portuguese Language
