We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real-estate Sales Advisor to join our team at HireBloc Ventures Pvt Ltd. As a Real-estate Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, building client relationships, and closing real estate deals. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, and is suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a real estate sales advisor, with 1 to 3 years of experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Knowledge of the local real estate market in Noida and surrounding areas
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated and target-driven approach
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Attend client meetings and understand their real estate requirements
• Showcase and market the company’s properties to potential buyers
• Provide guidance and advice to clients regarding property options and investment opportunities
