Job Overview

We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our team at HireBloc Ventures Pvt Ltd. As a Real Estate Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with the local real estate market in Kolkata, West Bengal, India
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Valid real estate agent license

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Provide guidance and assistance to clients throughout the real estate transaction process
• Develop and maintain a database of potential clients
• Conduct market research and stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the real estate industry
• Generate leads and actively seek out new business opportunities
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction
• Negotiate and close deals
• Attend networking events and build relationships with relevant industry professionals
