A fast growing Indian Valve manucturering company operating in Oil & Gas and Power Industry is looking to recruite Regioanl Manager Sales at Mumbai /Bangalore / Hyderabad / Bhuvaneshwar / Delhi / Kolkata / Gujarat. WE are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with 10-15 years of sales experience in selling Valves ( Ball, Butterfly GGC) to Oil & Gas , Power , Chemical and other process industries. You must have a good technocommercial background

  • Responsible for Projects and MRO Business in the region.
  • Responsible for sales funnel management, Key Account Management and Business development in the region.
  • Develop and implement actions as per strategic plans & sales objectives.
  • Focus on Customer needs and Customer relationship management.
  • Analyse competition activities in the region and devise effective strategies to capture market share.
  • Product presentations / Demo, participation in customer events & exhibitions to promote the product and service portfolio.
  • QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    Essential

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical ) with 15 to 18 years Sales experience in Valves Industry Mandatory
  • Experience in Selling Control,ON-OFF, Ball & Butterfly, Gate, Globe Check Valves mandatory
  • Market and Customer experience & exposure to Oil & Gas, Refining & Petrochemical,Chemical and Metal & Mining industries mandatory.
  • Experience in handling Large EPCs & OEMs in Oil & Gas, Refinery & Petrichemical and Power industriesis a MUST.
  • Experience in handling Channel Parnters essential
  •  Should have handled Major Accounts, Corporate customers and familiar with Account Management.
  • Willing to travel extensively across India. Should have handled business to big / corporate customers. Able to travel up to 50- 60% of the time.
