Responsibilities:

  1. Promotion to Property Owner:
  • Identify potential properties for promotion to property owners.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract property owners to the platform.
  1. Collect New Data:
  • Prospect and gather information on new properties available for promotion.
  • Engage with property owners to understand their needs and preferences.
  1. Data Management:
  • Establish a systematic approach to managing property-related data.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data collected.
  1. Gather Total Details of Property and Add to Software:
  • Enter property details into the designated software or CRM system.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of properties for efficient management.
  1. Maintain Excel:
  • Create and update Excel spreadsheets for tracking and analyzing property data.
  • Use Excel functions to organize information and generate reports.
  1. Adjust Database:
  • Modify the database structure to accommodate new data and changes.
  • Ensure the database remains optimized for effective data retrieval.
  1. Report Your Completed Work in Excel:
  • Generate regular reports on completed tasks, property promotions, and relationship management efforts.
  • Present findings and progress in Excel format.
  1. Other Tasks Depending on Designation or Post:
  • Undertake additional responsibilities based on the HR and relationship management role.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on recruitment-related tasks.
  1. Good Typing Speed Required:
  • Maintain a fast and accurate typing speed for effective communication and documentation.
  1. Basic Excel, Word & PowerPoint Knowledge:
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management, Word for documentation, and PowerPoint for presentations.
  1. Computer Savvy:
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using computer applications and tools relevant to the real estate industry.
  1. Language Skills – Gujarati & Hindi:
  • Communicate fluently in Gujarati and Hindi, fostering strong relationships with property owners.
  1. Technically Sound:
  • Stay updated on technological advancements in real estate and CRM systems.
  • Address any technical issues related to the job responsibilities.
