Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Business Development Manager at Urban Space in India. The Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, planning strategies for retail sales growth, and enhancing business communication to drive success in the home decor market.

Experience in setting and running of retail stores with ability to drive retail sales and operations is a must.

Preferred experience with mid premium to premium brands from following categories

Home Furnishing / Decor
Women Apparels
Women Accessories
Jewellery

Qualifications

Analytical Skills, Business Planning, and New Business Development skills
Strong communication skills
Experience in retail sales
Ability to analyze market trends and customer preferences
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
