Designation: Leasing Manager (Retail ONLY)

Location: Gurgaon/Delhi/Noida

Salary 6 – 10 lakhs PA

VACANCY – ONLY 1 

JOINING – IMMEDIATE 

EXPERIENCE – MINIMUM 1 YEAR + IN RETAIL LEASING

About the Role

An individual in this capacity would be a brand ambassador for the organization and 

we are looking for someone who has the ability and patience to curate landmark destinations.

As a Leasing Manager you will be collaborating with the leadership in inviting and selecting the next wave of partners to further consolidate our positioning as a market leader in F&B and luxury retail sector.

Responsibilities

– Overall responsibility of leasing process encompassing creating leasing plan budget etc

– Research and report on competitive Leasing and Specialty leasing trends in the industry and within the geographical and catchment areas

– Strategizing the ideal brand mix for all ongoing and upcoming developments.

– Continuously researching new international brands and market trends

– Supporting the closure and negotiations for the leasing deals

– Oversee lease administration and documentation

– Oversee preparation of lease deeds & registration of leases and track timelines

of financial transactions like renewals etc.

– Assessing the viability of a product in the space applied for, and accordingly

consulting the tenant on the space which would yield desired results

– Ensuring proper financial and operational hygiene for the project portfolio is in place, 

such as security deposits, signage permissions, etc.

– Engaging with senior management to discuss overall portfolio performance and

devise ways to enhance the same Requirements

– A Bachelors’s or Masters’s degree in business administration or related field

– Background in RETAIL LEASING (REAL ESTATE )

 – Extremely autonomous and trustworthy, capable of taking full ownership of our projects

– Excellent presentation and communication skills, negotiation skills

– Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships

– Strong organization skills and structured approach to managing a large retail lease portfolio
