About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive with expertise in the real estate sector, specifically in residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, nurturing client relationships, and exceeding sales targets within Navi Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified residential real estate prospects in Navi Mumbai.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive sales growth in the local market.
Create and execute annual sales strategies and achieve defined targets.
Leverage advanced sales tools to generate leads and nurture client relationships effectively.
Collaborate with sales leaders to implement impactful strategies and close deals.

What We’re Looking For:
Candidates must have experience in residential real estate sales .
Only candidates based in Navi Mumbai will be considered.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
2+ years of proven success in real estate sales, with a strong history of meeting or exceeding targets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
