About the Role:
We are seeking a talented

Salesforce Project Manager

with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for designing and refining Salesforce solutions that deliver real value to clients.

Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable, high-impact Salesforce solutions.
Refine existing Salesforce implementations to optimize performance and align with best practices.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
Identify opportunities for automation and integration to streamline GTM processes.
Support clients in adopting RevOps strategies through Salesforce solutions.
Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and trends to bring innovative ideas to our projects.

Requirements:
Minimum of

4 years of experience

in Salesforce project management.
Must hold

at least one Salesforce certification

(e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or equivalent). Multiple certifications are a strong plus.
Proven experience in refining, designing, and implementing Salesforce solutions.
Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, capabilities, and limitations.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.
