Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a fresher at Rubistone Technologies LLC in Hyderabad. The role involves tasks such as

Identifying Job Opportunities: Finding suitable roles for candidates who are on the bench. This often involves working with client requirements and matching the skill sets of available candidates to the job descriptions.

Client Interaction: Communicating with clients to understand their staffing needs, presenting available candidates, and managing the submission process.

Candidate Coordination: Helping candidates with interview preparation, gathering feedback from clients, and providing status updates.

Resume Screening: Reviewing resumes of bench candidates and ensuring they meet the qualifications and experience required by clients.

Negotiating Rates: Discussing salary expectations and contract terms between candidates and clients.

Lead Generation: Identifying new business opportunities by networking with companies in need of IT professionals.

Database Management: Maintaining a database of available candidates, clients, and job openings.

Qualifications:

Graduates
Time Management
Basic Understanding of IT
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to learn quickly and adapt.

Timings: 7:30PM – 4:30AM (IST)
