Messaging apps particularly WhatsApp have taken our personal and work-life conversations by storm. We build innovative Workplace tools on top of commonly used communication channels such as WhatsApp, Phone Calls, messages, etc.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Representative (B2B) at Eazybe, located in New Delhi. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and building relationships with B2B customers. They will also be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

– Prior 1+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative in *SAAS B2B* sales or in a similar role

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Customer-focused mindset and a passion for sales

– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

– Bachelor’s degree in Tech, Business, Marketing, or a related field

– Fluency in English and Hindi

– Experience in the technology industry is a plus
