Job Description

• Conduct outbound calls to a list of potential customers.
• Explain and promote our products or services to interested individuals.
• Collect and update customer information in our database.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives when necessary.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume and sales performance.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
