Job Title: Sales Executive/Senior Sales Officer

Department: Sales

Salary : Sales Executive (18000 – 20000)

Senior Sales Officer : (35000 t0 45000)

Reporting Authority: Branch Head

Location: Kochi / Wayanad / Palakkad

Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 0-2 Years

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong customer focus, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our products or services.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the client.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the sales manager or sales director.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the sales manager or sales director.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional development.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards in all sales activities and interactions with customers.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a sales executive or similar role.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events or conferences.
