Job Description:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans for SFM products in North India, ensuring alignment with company’s overall sales strategy.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and regional sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key agricultural stakeholders in the region.
  • Oversee dealer development programs and ensure optimal product availability across the North Indian market.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management
