We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our real estate team. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining client relationships in the real estate market, ensuring exceptional service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed property information.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, guiding them through the buying/renting process.
• Achieve sales targets and track sales activities.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in real estate sales or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.

Education :

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or relevant experience.
