About the Role

  • This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager / Sr Sales Manager – PV Projects at Orb Energy.
  • As a Sales Manager – PV Projects, you will manage and execute solar projects, focusing on sales and business development in the Commercial and Industrial Segments in Mumbai.
  • This role is located in Mumbai.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Partner with Channel Partners to identify and prospect new leads of MSME/ SME's
  • Close the leads for a successful completion of Targets

Qualifications

  • Prior experience 3-5 years in sales and business development selling Solar PV to Commercial & Industrial Segment in Mumbai
  • Strong knowledge of photovoltaic systems and solar energy solutions to SME/ MSME's
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual with a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
