Key Responsibilities
- Winning New Engagements for One Intellect in identified accounts in the BFSI Segment.
- Relationship Management in Existing Accounts
Skills And Attributes For Success
- Good understanding of IT landscape(infra & applications) of a Bank/Financial institution
- Understanding of software licensing, IT infra & Professional services spend and contracting
- Understanding of People & Non-People Cost & Procurement strategy
- Consultative Selling
To qualify for the role you must have
- MBA and B.Tech from a reputed institute
- 4-7 years of experience as IT Presales & IT Procurement with Indian Banks. ( For AVP) and 15 – 18years + For SVP
- Cloud Certifications are plus
- Currently working in a BIG4 focused on BFSI IT Consulting
Ideally you’ll also have
- Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
- Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the company and at the client)
- Strong leadership skills
