Role Objective:
The National Sales Manager – Ecotyl spearheads B2B sales endeavors nationwide for our health and wellness product line. The primary focus entails augmenting sales through strategic planning, and fostering robust relationships with retailers, distributors, and business associates while surpassing sales targets. Moreover, the incumbent will provide assistance, conduct market analysis, and fortify Ecotyl’s B2B sales and channel partner affiliations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Devise and implement effective strategies for bulk product sales.
Channel Partner Acquisition: Engage with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and bulk purchasers in the health and wellness FMCG domain.
Goal Achievement: Drive sales growth by meeting and surpassing set targets.
Market Analysis: Monitor market dynamics and share insights with the team.
Qualifications:
Intellectual Aptitude: Possess a bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
Sales Proficiency: Demonstrated experience of at least 1 year in sales, preferably within the food and beverage or FMCG sector.
Leadership Skills: Proficient in interpersonal communication and team management.
Product Knowledge: Acquainted with food products, ayurvedic supplements, wellness items, and related categories.
Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
Mobility: Hold a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
