Role Description ( B2B Sales, Product and Service as a Software )
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role at XenonStack in Chandigarh, India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and nurturing client relationships on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Sales Strategy Development, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
- Experience in B2B sales and Account Management
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of Data and AI solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Must have Skills
- Handling Inside Sales Team in B2B for Technology Products and Services
- Understanding of the B2B Market in US and UK and Australia
