DESIGNATION: Sales Manager

JOB BRIEF:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Delhi and Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant sales experience, showcasing a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

· Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience in the industry.

· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

· Excellent leadership and team management skills.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.

· Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· s ales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • · Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • · Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Address client needs and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • · Sales Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  • · Market Expansion:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and new markets.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • · Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with other departments (marketing, product development, customer service) to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
