Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Immigration Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration consultancy and proven expertise in managing sales processes for immigration services to countries such as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor the immigration sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand the client base.
  • Client Consultations: Oversee high-value client consultations and provide strategic guidance to the team for effective client engagement.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and ensure the company’s services remain competitive.
  • Operational Management: Ensure seamless coordination between the sales, legal, and documentation teams for efficient client application processing.
  • Target Achievement: Set sales targets for the team and ensure individual and collective goals are met within specified timelines.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Compliance: Stay updated on immigration laws and regulations for the countries served, ensuring all processes are compliant.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in immigration sales, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of immigration processes for one or more of the following countries: Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or the United States.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
