Profile- Sales & Marketing Manager
Qualification- Graduate / MBA / B.Tech
Salary- – Upto 10 LPA CTC
Location- Thane (Mumbai)
Experience- Min. 10 yrs experience in Sales & Marketing Stainless Steel / Investment Casting
Key Responsibilities –
Candidate should have experience in Techno-Commercial Sales & Marketing of preferably Steel Castings or any other mechanical items used in Steel, Cement, Sponge Iron & General Engineering Plants.
1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share in the Stainless Steel & Investment Casting industry.
2. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify key industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out and developing new business opportunities.
4. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
5. Product Development Support: Collaborate with the product development team to identify market needs and opportunities for product improvement or expansion.
6. Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives.
7. Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
8. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for senior management to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies.
9. Trade Shows and Events: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to showcase products and services, network with potential clients, and stay abreast of industry developments.
10. Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales and marketing activities.
