· CTC – up to INR 20,000 per month + Travelling allowance + incentives

· Education Level – 12th Pass/ Graduation Passed with 50% & more
· Language – Tamil /Telugu /Malayalam/ Kannada / Hindi + English

· Both MBA + BBA in Banking
· 2 wheeler Preferred with Licence
Job Description:
Scoping: – Undertake survey & identify areas – villages / wards having potential for formation of SHGs/JLG. Minimum number of participant in a particular village / ward is very critical for execution of this activity.
Participant Orientation: – Orientation training involves the activity of educating the members on financial literacy, formal banking and credit awareness Participant Acquisition, Group Formation &
Financial Literacy: – Collection of participants’ profile & get them into Group formation after orientation. Create baseline information about the SHG / JLG.
Selection Process & Job Confirmation:
a. After initial screening test, 2 rounds interview, HR telephonic and/ or 1 Business head Physical interview
b. Dedupe and CIBIL check at our end , using their PAN details
c. Standard Selection Confirmation email will be provided after their CIBIL check is clear at our end – from HR official email id, post which they can pay training fee to you and you can start their 5 days training. Post that training we prepare the final APL and release it to them on email.

- Qualification certificates (including graduation certificate) to 2COMS and HDFC Bank for records.
