Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter with 2+ years of experience to join our team on a contract basis. As a Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top sales talent. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to attract qualified sales candidates.
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage the candidate pipeline to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with sales managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and hiring needs to ensure a good fit for both the candidate and the company.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, maintaining clear communication, and offering a smooth onboarding process.
Offer Management: Assist in negotiating and extending job offers, ensuring alignment with company policies and candidate expectations.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to inform the recruitment strategy.
Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in sales recruiting, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment.
Proven track record of successfully placing sales professionals across various levels, from entry-level to senior positions.
Strong understanding of the sales landscape and the specific skills required for different sales roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in recruiting for B2B sales roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
